A message from the founder

Job search shouldn't feel like a full-time job.

Finding a job that fits has become a full-time job — one you're expected to do after the one you already have. And even if you do end up treating it as a full-time job, you are greeted with endless scrolling on sites or apps that aren't built to help you find your best matches easily and quickly. It's not surprising once you know how most of them operate: employer-sponsored postings, monthly membership fees, display ads that monetize your attention, to name a few. It's not that they can't help you find your next job in a less stressful, more productive way, it's that they won't.

I experienced all of that, along with many of my friends and other job seekers I've talked to. Many of them are hard-working, seasoned professionals, with talent, skills, and a strong work ethic. And yet the tools they are given don't treat them with the respect and care they deserve. That's why I built JobAim, to provide an alternative that optimizes for the best outcome for job seekers. I trust that when you measure the right success metrics and have a sustainable business model, you can build a successful and profitable company without following the status quo of exploiting your customers.

JobAim is a product I wish I had when I was job searching while keeping up with a demanding job and trying to strike a balance with everything else in life. We built it believing that you shouldn't settle just because you don't have the right tools, and we built it for people like you who deserve better tooling, more transparency, and faster results.
